Ugh, the pain of blogger’s block

Posted on November 7th, 2005

Wow, it’s been a little quiet around here (insert crickets chriping).  Why?  Well Qumana and AdGenta have been taking up a lot of my time.  Oh, and I’ve been trying have a real life.  Scary I know.

Actually it’s been quiet on all of my blogs.  Why?  Blogger’s block.  I just haven’t felt like I had anything interesting to say.  Ugh.  This is not a good thing.  My job is blogging!

Ads by AdGenta.comSo, what am I doing to fix it?  Blogging.  Yep.  Style and flow be damned I’m just throwing some stuff out there.  Yep these first few posts are going to suck.  They are rough, maybe even stilted.  See, that’s okay.  Blogging is a process.  It’s like any other kind of writing, you just have to do it.  Just freakin’ write.

So that’s what this post is.  The second tonight (I’m going to cross post it even).  So, for all you aspiring pro-bloggers out there … take it from me.  Blogger’s block happens.  It’s normal.  And beat it by blogging.  Maybe even have a blog just for drivel.  The stream of consciousness stuff that helps get things flowing.

Yeah.  There’s an idea.
