		<description>I think that Indeed is probably throwing in a few high paid writers who act out of corporate PR groups. I have focused on recruiting as a niche for the past ten years, and high end PR folk seem to be an elite few who are catching on to blogging. As you say, bloggers are writers, conversationalist, tacticians, networkers,  public relations, marketers, and geeky trivia experts rolled into one.</description>
