<description>I have a business and have been personally blogging for roughly 6 months. I do enjoy it and it is addictive but I find I need to focus on other things. I am seriously looking for a person to blog for in my spot and pay a stipen, probably once a month. I have laid out the guidelines I feel my ideal blogger should follow.

My question here is where do I begin to assess how much I'll need to pay them to do it? I know it depends on the niche and the guidelines so I was wondering if there was some layout, or "scale" in which I could compare my niche and guidelines to in order to get a good grasp on my pay out...

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
